Blue Ridge Trail #107

Trail Highlights: The trail follows Billy Creek and winds its way through a wet meadow and oak-pine woods. As the elevation increases, you travel through a ponderosa forest to the top of Blue Ridge Mountain. The mountain is volcanic in origin and its summit offers scenic vistas of the area. Portions of the trail follow old logging roads, and other portions are quite rocky and may be challenging to cyclists. Interesting to note: the Blue Ridge Trail can be accessed by either Trailhead #1 or #2, Springs Trail #633, Ice Cave Trail #608, Country Club #632, or the Billy Creek Connector. It makes a perfect all-day hike close to town!

Connector Trails: Little Bear Connector is a very short trail that connects Blue Ridge Trail to Springs Trail.
